We are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent tooversee the construction of hospitality projects inthe DFW area . This individual will be responsible for leading all fieldoperations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, andensuring quality and safety standards are met throughout the constructionprocess.
The ideal candidate will have strong ground-up orrenovation experience in hospitality or hotel construction, along with a provenability to successfully deliver projects in a design-build environment.
KeyResponsibilities
- Overseedaily on-site constructionoperationsfrom project start through completion
- Manageand coordinate subcontractors, suppliers,and field personnel
- Maintain and enforce project schedules and milestones
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, qualitycontrol, and project specifications
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, architects,engineers, and ownership teams
- Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, andprogress updates
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve fieldchallenges and conflicts
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experiencein commercial constructionfield supervision
- Experience with hotel, hospitality, or similarcommercial projectspreferred
- Background in ground-up construction and/or majorrenovations
- Strongleadership, communication, andproblem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintainproject schedules
