Messer Construction is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on complex commercial projects. As the on-site leader, you will manage daily construction activities, oversee subcontractors and crews, enforce safety standards, and maintain high-quality workmanship. You will plan and track schedules, coordinate materials and inspections, and resolve field issues in real time.
Partnering closely with project managers, you’ll help control cost, mitigate risk, and keep projects on schedule while mentoring team members and reinforcing Messer’s culture of safety, integrity, and collaboration.
