Description

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations for large-scale multifamily projects in the DC/MD/VA region . This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

• Oversee all field operations for a single multifamily construction project (typically $60 M‑$200 M in value).
• Manage daily site activities, subcontractor coordination, and construction sequencing.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Monitor project schedules, quality control, and material deliveries.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Assistant Superintendent to drive project success.
• Conduct regular site meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in a Superintendent or senior field leadership role.
• Strong background in wood‑frame and/or concrete construction.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale multifamily or commercial projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
