Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain efficient workflow and resolve issues in real time. Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards. Review plans, specifications, and shop drawings to verify accuracy and constructability before and during execution. Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and documentation of site activities, incidents, and milestones. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address design changes and field conditions.
