Renewyx have partnered with a specialty construction contractor to bring on a Superintendent.
A 12-month project in southeast Wisconsin, converting an existing warehouse into a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Starting in December.

You run the field side of a full interior conversion. Site, trades and schedule are yours from onboarding to turnover.
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐โ๐น๐น ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด:
- Time as a Superintendent or site lead on commercial or industrial projects
- Hands-on experience running mechanical or electrical work
- A home base within commuting distance of southeast Wisconsin
๐ก๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ (๐ฏ๐ผ๐ป๐๐, ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ):
- Pharmaceutical or other GMP-regulated work
- Clean rooms, process piping, utility systems
- Low-voltage systems
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐โ๐ ๐ผ๐ป ๐ผ๐ณ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ:
- $125,000 to $145,000, full-time
- Open to salaried and union Superintendents
- Possible work after the project, locally or on future jobs if youโre open to travel
- Local role, so no per diem or housing
