Superintendent - MechanicalPosition OverviewA leading nationwide mechanical subcontractor is looking to bring The Superintendent - Mechanical will oversee and manage mechanical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong background in mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and/or sheet metal work, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise mechanical construction teams to ensure project goals are met.Plan and schedule the workflow for mechanical installations and repairs.Inspect and review construction work for compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve any issues that arise during the project.Manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in mechanical construction.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and sheet metal fabrication.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
