We are seeking an experienced Superintendent Lead to oversee field operations and provide strong leadership throughout the construction process. This position will play a key role in coordinating teams, maintaining project schedules, managing site activities, and ensuring work is completed safely and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee daily field operations from project mobilization through completion.
  • Provide direction and leadership to Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Coordinate construction schedules and ensure critical activities remain on track.
  • Work closely with project managers and leadership to establish priorities and address project needs.
  • Review construction documents, schedules, and specifications to ensure proper execution in the field.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, workmanship, and adherence to project requirements.
  • Identify potential schedule, quality, and coordination issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular job-site meetings, inspections, and coordination sessions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, meeting notes, and safety records.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, project requirements, company standards, and safety regulations.
  • Support project closeout activities, inspections, punch lists, and final completion.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between field operations, project management, and other project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of construction supervision experience, preferably in commercial construction.
  • Previous experience leading Superintendents, subcontractors, and multi-trade construction teams.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination.
  • Ability to interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and other construction documents.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong ability to identify risks and resolve construction issues efficiently.
  • Experience with construction management software and scheduling tools.
  • OSHA certification or other relevant safety training is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
