We are seeking an experienced, driven Superintendent to join a premier national builder with a strong presence in Dallas‑Fort Worth. Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish
- Manage field staff and subcontractor teams to maintain productivity and safety
- Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are met
- Maintain high‑quality workmanship and enforce company standards
- Serve as the primary on‑site contact for clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on large commercial or institutional projects ($50 m AND up)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- A proactive mindset and ability to build strong relationships on and off the site
- Commitment to safety and quality at every stage of construction
- Average tenure of 3+ years for each company
Job Offer & Benefits
- $135,000 - $165,000 base – dependent on experience
- $800/month truck allowance
