Superintendent

Harper Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee and coordinate electrical construction activities on commercial projects. The Electrical Superintendent will be responsible for providing field leadership, coordinating manpower and materials, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans, specifications, and Harper Electric standards.5+ years of commercial electrical construction experience preferred.Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, or Lead Foreman preferred.Strong knowledge of commercial electrical construction methods, materials, and equipment.Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and one-line diagrams.Strong understanding of jobsite safety requirements and OSHA standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work effectively with field employees, management, customers, and other trades.Proficiency with computers, smartphones/tablets, and construction management software.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.What We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceMedical, Dental & VisionPaid time off401(k)Opportunities for training and career advancementA professional, team-oriented work environment
