Are you a road warrior Superintendent with a passion for delivering high‑quality commercial or restaurant projects? Our client is expanding their nationwide portfolio and looking for a Traveling Superintendent who can take full ownership of the field, drive schedules, and lead subcontractors to successful project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing ground‑up and interior restaurant/commercial projects across multiple states
• Managing on‑site construction activities, daily reporting, and subcontractor coordination
• Ensuring quality, safety, and schedule milestones are met
• Conducting site walks, inspections, and problem‑solving in real time
• Working closely with Project Managers and Owners to keep projects on track
• Representing the company on‑site with professionalism and leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial or restaurant construction
• Proven ability to run fast‑paced build‑outs and remodels
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, site logistics, and hands‑on field operations
• Ability to travel frequently and work on‑site for the duration of each project
• Excellent communication and leadership with subs and clients
• OSHA certifications a plus
