Superintendent (Ground Up, Commercial)

Lead field operations on ground-up commercial projects from mobilization through turnover. You’ll run the site day to day, keeping crews, subcontractors, schedule, and safety on track on $25M+ work, with real ownership of how the job gets built.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee all field operations on ground-up commercial projects
- Direct subcontractors and craft crews, and hold them accountable to schedule and quality
- Lead daily coordination, planning, and sequencing with the project team
- Drive safety, inspections, and closeout on site
What you bring:
- 10–15+ years in general contracting, with superintendent experience on ground-up commercial projects
- Track record running $25M+ projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership with field crews and subcontractors, and a clear focus on safety
