Construction Superintendent – North Carolina
Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead projects across North Carolina, including the Raleigh/Triangle and Lexington regions.
We’re looking for a strong field leader who can take ownership from preconstruction through closeout, build great teams, and deliver projects safely, on schedule, and on budget.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day field operations from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage schedules, sequencing, look-aheads, and recovery plans
- Coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, owners, and design teams
- Own jobsite safety, quality control, inspections, and logistics
- Identify and resolve issues before they impact the project
- Partner with the PM on RFIs, submittals, documentation, and closeout
- Lead and develop Assistant Superintendents and field teams
- Maintain a culture of accountability, communication, and collaboration
What You Bring
- 12+ years of Superintendent experience - Multi Family
- Experience leading $20M+ construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, drawings, and specifications
- Strong scheduling and subcontractor coordination experience
- Procore, Microsoft Office, and MS Project experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and trade partners
