Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations on heavy civil projects
- Supervise crews, foremen and subcontractors
- Coordinate labour, equipment and materials
- Maintain project schedules, productivity and quality
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements
- Work closely with project managers and engineers
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in heavy civil construction supervision
- Background in bridge, highway, structural or transportation infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site operations
- Experience managing crews and subcontractors
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
