Renewyx have partnered with an established heavy highway contractor to bring on a Bridge Superintendent in Cleveland, OH.

Most bridge jobs give you one of two deals. Chase the work across three states, or sit on the bench when the job wraps. This one’s neither. You run a 12 to 14 month bridge job close to home, and when it’s done, the next project is already lined up.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲:

Mobilization through to spring paving. Your site, your crews, your schedule. You keep the subs moving and deliver to the owner’s spec, whether that’s a state DOT or a railroad.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:

• Superintendent experience on heavy highway bridge structures
• A home base within a daily drive of Cleveland (northeast Ohio or western PA)
• A valid driver’s license and a clean record
• Railroad bridge experience
• Broader heavy highway work across roads, structures and paving

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿:

• $140K to $160K base plus an annual bonus
• 4x10s, so a three-day weekend every week
• Company truck and fuel card
• 401(k) match, healthcare and paid vacation
• Permanent, with a pipeline of work behind it
