Run the job in the field from mobilization to closeout. Lead crews and subs, drive the schedule, and keep safety, quality and DOT documentation tight.
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐'๐น๐น ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด:
โข Superintendent or senior foreman experience on heavy civil projects
โข Bridge or structures work: foundations, substructure, decks, cast-in-place concrete
โข Confidence working to state DOT specs and inspection
โข ODOT project experience
โข Experience running self-perform crews
