Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on heavy civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and to specification with experience working alongside various agencies including the MTA.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise field crews, equipment, and subcontractors on-site.
- Coordinate daily work plans with the Project Manager and project engineers.
- Enforce jobsite safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
- Monitor productivity, quality control, and adherence to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate material and equipment deliveries to keep work on schedule.
- Lead daily toolbox talks and safety meetings.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of field supervision experience in heavy civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of means and methods for structures, roadways, or utilities.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
