Insight Global is seeking a Superintendent for a growing commercial construction company focused on industrial and large-scale commercial projects. This individual will oversee day-to-day onsite operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily field operations on commercial and industrial construction projects
- Oversee subcontractors and coordinate jobsite activities
- Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce safety standards
- Monitor project schedules, quality, inspections, and progress
- Lead jobsite meetings and communicate with key stakeholders
- Partner with the Project Manager to drive successful project delivery
- Resolve field issues and maintain organized, professional jobsites
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial construction, preferably as a Superintendent, Project Manager, or similar field leadership role
