A commercial general contractor in Boise is expanding its project pipeline and needs a Superintendent who can take ownership of a jobsite without needing to be walked through it.
This role covers ground-up commercial and light industrial work: coordinating subcontractors, holding the schedule, enforcing safety standards, and serving as the primary point of contact for inspectors and ownership on-site. You'll be the one making sure the job moves, not just watching it.
What you need:
- Proven track record as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial construction projects
- Strong subcontractor management and scheduling skills
- Ability to read and interpret commercial drawings and specifications
Nice to have:
- OSHA 30 certification
- Procore or comparable project management software experience
- Ground-up commercial or light industrial background
