They need a Superintendent to run day-to-day operations on single-family and small multifamily residential sites, from foundation through final walkthrough. You'll manage trade sequencing, keep the build on schedule, and make sure quality holds up through every stage of construction.
What you need:
- Experience as a Superintendent on residential construction projects
- Comfortable managing subcontractors and trade sequencing across multiple active homes
- Ability to read residential plans and specs and catch issues early
Nice to have:
- OSHA 30 certification
- Familiarity with scheduling software
- Background in single-family or small multifamily residential builds
