Lead the scope on complex commercial projects from mobilization through final inspection. The Superintendent is responsible for overall project execution, including safety, schedule, quality, workforce management, productivity, and profitability, while setting and upholding performance standards for all electricians on site. (ALSO HAVE TRAVEL PM, APM, ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT AND LOCAL PM, MECHANICAL PM)

* Nice to Have:
* Progressive electrical construction experience with advancement from Journeyman Electrician to Foreman and ultimately Superintendent
* Proven experience managing electrical work within healthcare environments, including ICRA compliance and medical-grade electrical systems
* Knowledge of prefabricated and modular electrical installation methods to improve project efficiency and productivity
* Proficient in Procore for project documentation, scheduling, reporting, and field coordination
* OSHA 30 certified with a strong commitment to jobsite safety and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
* 10+ years of construction field leadership
* Proven success leading healthcare projects
