We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects across the Baltimore/DMV region. This is a great opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys being hands-on, making decisions in the field, and taking ownership of project execution while working alongside experienced project teams and industry partners.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily jobsite operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades
• Monitor safety, quality, schedule, and overall project progress
• Review drawings, plans, and project documentation
• Use Bluebeam and Procore to support field coordination and documentation
• Identify challenges early and drive practical solutions
• Work closely with subcontractors, GCs, vendors, and project teams
• Help deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience (3+ years acceptable for exceptional candidates)
• Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Field Supervisor, General Foreman, or similar field leadership experience
• Strong experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades
• Confident reading and interpreting construction drawings
• Working knowledge of Bluebeam
• Procore experience preferred
• OSHA certification required (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work 100% onsite and reliably commute to projects throughout the Baltimore/DMV area

Experience with education, government, institutional, laboratory, healthcare, or other complex commercial projects is a plus.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Project schedules may begin around 7:00 AM
