Our client, a leading commercial general contractor in Texas, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation healthcare construction projects across the Austin area. What You’ll Do
- Lead all onsite construction activities for healthcare projects
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics
- Enforce strict safety, infection control, and quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and facility teams
- Maintain project documentation, daily logs, and progress reports
- Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to healthcare regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction
- Strong understanding of ICRA, interim life safety, and hospital protocols
- Proven track record delivering commercial or healthcare projects in Texas
- Ability to lead field teams, build relationships, and drive project execution
- OSHA 30 preferred; additional healthcare certifications are a plus
