Superintendent

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of commercial construction site, with specific expertise to interior build-outs and tenant improvements.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, withinbudget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
• Must be able to accurately interpret and understand architectural, civil, structural, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) plans.
• In-depth understandingof local, state, and federal building codes, and safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
• Deep knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, materials, and techniques for office interiors.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

1 to 5 years of experience in commercial construction supervision, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on schedule and within budget or a bachelor’s degree in constructionmanagement, engineering, or a related field.
