Key responsibilities Evaluate new annuity transactions to ensure they meet suitability and best interest standards Analyze documentation from financial professionals to assess customer profiles and product appropriateness Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely processing of suitability reviews and maintain accurate records Required qualifications 5-8 years of experience in suitability review, insurance operations, or related fields Strong understanding of insurance and retirement products, suitability requirements, and best interest standards Ability to independently assess risk and make sound, well-documented decisions Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred Working knowledge of suitability regulations and experience in a regulated financial services environment
