Sugar Refinery Process Team Lead

ASR Group in Crockett, CA seeks a Process Team Manager to oversee the refinery from receipt of raw sugar to finished products. You will direct on-shift activities, supervise employees, and ensure GMP standards and safety training are followed.

The role requires leadership, engineering-minded oversight, and the ability to coordinate with the Shift Superintendent on night shifts while maintaining cost control and quality objectives.
