• Technical role
• Take what the product owner puts togetherand make it understandable, translate the information.
• Configure SAP Success Factors to meet thedeliverable
• Will not hire anyone without SuccessFactors - MUST HAVE.
• SAP rockstars needed for this position!!
• Hands-on configuration
• Release Management
• Really understand the product
• Partner with the business to do UATtesting
• Put together documentation, whateverdocumentation the business needs, etc.
• What version of Success Factors? - mostrecent version would be best but open.

About the team:

The HR Transformation Team is a highly skilled group responsible for owning theHR Business technology roadmap and leading the upcoming shipboard HRtransformation and implementation. The team is composed of experts in HRtechnology, transformation, project management, and product ownership. We workclosely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of HRtechnology projects and the alignment of technology strategies with businessobjectives. Moreover, the team is responsible for monitoring project progressand making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion. We arededicated to providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholdersthroughout the implementation process, staying up-to-date with industry trendsand best practices to ensure the most effective and efficient execution ofprojects.

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager SuccessFactorsConfiguration and Release Management to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the configuration and release management processes for our SuccessFactors system. They will work closely with product owners to ensure that system configurations are aligned with business requirements and that therelease management process is streamlined and efficient. The ideal candidatewill have extensive experience with SuccessFactors configuration and releasemanagement, as well as strong project management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managethe configuration and release management processes for the SuccessFactorssystem
• Workclosely with product owners to understand business requirements and ensurethat system configurations are aligned with those requirements
• Developand maintain a release management roadmap that aligns with business needsand timelines
• Hire,grow and retain a world-class team of product leads/analysts responsiblefor product configuration.
• Managethe deployment of system updates and upgrades, ensuring that all changesare properly tested and documented
• Developand maintain a change management process that minimizes disruption toend-users
• Monitorsystem performance and identify areas for improvement
• Provideguidance and support to team members and stakeholders as needed
• Stayup-to-date with industry trends and best practices related toSuccessFactors configuration and release management
• Providementorship and technical direction to team-members, standardizing onpractices and methodologies
• Collaboratewith Product Owners to prioritize, scope, and plan activities
• Serveas a technical expert in SuccessFactors implementation and configuration

Requirements:

• Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+years of experience in SuccessFactors configuration and release management
• Strongproject management and communication skills
• Strongleadership skills, ability to motivate people, instill accountability,perform under the pressure and optimize the team's resources to attain thebusiness goals
• Excellentproblem-solving and analytical skills
• Abilityto work independently and as part of a team
• Experiencewith change management processes
• Knowledgeof HR processes and systems is a plus
• SuccessFactorscertification is a plus
• Abilityto manage ambiguity with demonstrated confidence & credibility
• PriorSuccessFactors implementation is a plus
