Seeking a full-time Client Success Coach to work remotely, who will manage onboarding and coaching calls, motivate students, and enhance the client experience through innovative training materials while maintaining clear communication and accountability. Key responsibilities Conduct daily onboarding and check-in coaching calls with new students to provide motivation and accountability Engage with clients through messaging and weekly group coaching sessions to address questions and support their progress Develop and implement new training materials and standard operating procedures to improve the client experience and team efficiency Required qualifications Fluent, accent-neutral English speaker with strong communication skills Experience in coaching, mentoring, or sales, with a passion for helping others succeed Familiarity with tools such as Loom, ActiveCampaign, Slack, and GSuite, or a willingness to learn quickly Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients effectively Commitment to long-term growth with the company (3+ years) and openness to feedback and development
