Supporting nursing students in achieving NCLEX-RN readiness, the full-time California Licensed NCLEX Success Coach will provide individualized and small-group academic coaching, develop targeted support plans, and analyze performance data to enhance student outcomes in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Provide individualized and small-group academic coaching to enhance NCLEX readiness Analyze ATI performance reports to identify learning gaps and develop remediation plans Collaborate with faculty to integrate ATI resources and support student learning Required qualifications Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited institution Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California Minimum of one year of teaching experience in a nursing program At least four years of direct patient care experience in medical-surgical nursing Experience in academic coaching or supporting student learning outcomes
