As a Subway Shift Lead, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly by supporting team members, assisting customers, and helping oversee daily operations.
What you’ll do:
- Lead by example and support team members during shifts
- Provide friendly, efficient service and ensure a positive guest experience
- Help ensure food is prepared and served according to company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked restaurant
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and daily operations
- Complete shift paperwork and ensure equipment is functioning properly
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead and support a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Please note this position requires flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods.
