Substitute Teaching Assistants And Aides
Substitute teaching assistants and aides are needed at all grade levels, PreK-12. Prospective candidates may be asked to attend a Substitute Teacher training workshop at Gouverneur Central prior to being approved. Dates for the workshop will be scheduled based upon the number of applications received. Applicants will require fingerprint clearance through NYSED. Minimum qualifications - HS diploma or GED. Pay rate as of January 1, 2024: $120/day for teaching assistants and aides.
