Substitute Paraprofessional
Location: NLC (James Madison) and BTI (Northgate Plaza)

Salary: $16.15 per hour

Position Summary: The substitute paraprofessional will provide support and supervision to students and assist the teacher with day-to-day functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist students with learning activities under the direction of the classroom teacher
- Provide individualized or small group support to students
- Maintain a positive learning environment
- Supervise students during non-instructional times such as lunch and recess
- Assist in managing classroom behavior
Qualification Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to form positive relationships with students
- Positive attitude focused on student growth and development
- Must be able to pass a background check
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
