Substitute Paraprofessional Windom Middle/High School
Position Available July 2026
POSITION SUMMARY: Provide assistance to both students and teachers in implementing lesson plans. Work on an individual basis with students when necessary. Provide support within the educational setting. Wages $14.46/hour. Additional pay based on total number of hours worked monthly: Over 30 hours- + $0.75/per hour; Over 60 hours- + $1.50/per hour.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED required. Two year or four-year degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a job-related field.
