Substitute Nutrition Services Assistant
Hourly Rate: $16.30 (no benefits )
Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Successful experience in quantity food preparation
• Kentucky Department of Education Certification as a Food Service Employee

The following items are required in order to approve all applicants for hire:
- Criminal Records Check (instructions for CRC will be sent by JCPS Substitute Center)
- Child Abuse & Neglect Check (instructions for CAN will be sent by JCPS Substitute Center)
- TB Test Results (within 1 year)
- Physical (within 1 year)
- Official Transcripts or High School Diploma
