Job Summary
This is a full time 5.75 hour per day position. Substitute Instructional Assistant
Under the supervision of a certificated administrator, the Substitute Instructional Assistant provides support to certificated teachers and other certificated personnel by performing a variety of duties related to student instruction, supervision, and classroom assistance. The Substitute Instructional Assistant may be assigned to support students across various grade levels and learning environments and is expected to provide a safe, positive, and supportive educational experience.
Recommended Qualifications: Completion of 12 college units in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a combination of both is recommended.
