Substitute Instructional Aide
Provide instruction to assigned students in keeping with the educational goals, objectives and curriculum as provided by the classroom teacher. Maintain a safe atmosphere of learning in the classroom using effective and appropriate classroom management techniques. Maintain appropriate level of communication with the classroom teacher regarding student achievement while adhering to confidentiality guidelines at all times. Uphold and enforce school rules, administrative regulations and Board policies.
