Substitute Instructional Aide
Pay Rate: $125/day
Job Summary: The Instructional Aide supports student learning and achievement by assisting classroom teachers with instructional delivery and classroom management. Working under the direction of certified staff and school leadership, this role provides valuable support services that help students reach their educational goals in a positive, structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering instructional activities and reinforcing learning concepts for individuals or small groups of students.
- Help maintain a safe, orderly, and productive learning environment.
- Support teachers with classroom preparation, student supervision, and routine daily activities.
- Foster positive, encouraging interactions with students to promote academic and social growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Background Clearances: Must successfully pass a New Jersey criminal history background check.
