Substitute Instructional Aide
Location: North Brunswick, NJ 08902
Compensation: $19/h - 1099 Independent Contractor
We are seeking reliable Substitute Instructional Aides to support teachers and students across the district. Instructional aides assist with classroom activities, provide academic support, and help maintain a positive learning environment when regular aides are unavailable.

Substitute Instructional Aide
Location: North Brunswick, NJ 08902
Compensation: $19/h - 1099 Independent Contractor
We are seeking reliable Substitute Instructional Aides to support teachers and students across the district. Instructional aides assist with classroom activities, provide academic support, and help maintain a positive learning environment when regular aides are unavailable.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 60 college credits OR successful completion of the ParaPro Assessment Test
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assist teachers with classroom instruction and student supervision
- Must pass required criminal history background check
- Assist classroom teachers with lesson delivery and student activities
- Support individual or small groups of students as needed
- Monitor student behavior and maintain a safe classroom environment
- Help with instructional materials, classroom setup, and administrative tasks
- Report progress or concerns to teachers and school staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
