Qualifications:

  • Responsible for cleaning, securing building and seasonal grounds' duties
  • Assist with ground work and snow removal when required
  • Ability to move/lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to read/interpret safety rules, operating manuals, maintenance instructions
  • Reliability/dependability/flexibility a must
