Essential Qualifications:
- Must have high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Must have the ability to work well with others
- Must have the strength and dexterity to perform all labor tasks related with the job
- Must have ability to take directions, possess good public relations skills and ability to work well with others
- Must be able to demonstrate basic computer literacy
- Must have acceptable background check and complete all required personnel records
- Must have good record of punctuality and attendance
General Expectations:
- Must be a positive voice with other staff and community members at all times
- Must be prepared for change, even if it comes at a faster than desired pace
