Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of methods and materials used in custodial work and building maintenance.
2. Physically capable of assigned custodial duties.
3. Ability to work effectively with the public and others.
4. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
5. Graduation from high school or equivalency.
6. Ability to read, write and interpret information.

Primary Duties:

1. Snow removal from the building area.
2. Building and custodial maintenance as appropriate or as assigned.
3. Routine cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, waxing, and washing.
4. Locks and unlocks doors as appropriate.
5. Maintains the school grounds to keep them free from rubbish and trash.
6. Sets up equipment, bleachers, chairs, etc., as necessary.
7. Other duties as assigned.

Rate of Pay: $18.00/hour
Hours of Work: Varies based on need
Due Date: Open until filled.
