WellSuited Talent has partnered with a well-established, full-service engineering, procurement, and construction management firm supporting electric utility, industrial, and government clients nationwide! Backed by decades of experience, this organization specializes in delivering complex high-voltage power infrastructure projects. From substations and switchyards to transmission systems, its teams combine technical depth with disciplined project execution. Quality, safety, and operational excellence are central to how projects are planned, built, and delivered.

How You’ll Make an Impact

This is a foundational leadership opportunity for the right individual.

This role offers a rare opportunity to shape and lead something from the ground up. • Lead project execution efforts, proactively addressing design challenges and coordinating solutions with project and construction teams
  • Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and technical deliverables

  • Support project development activities including scoping, estimating, and proposal contributions
  • Anticipate workload demands and develop staffing plans aligned with regional growth
  • Lead recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of the local engineering team
  • Champion a strong safety culture by integrating safe work practices into daily operations and decision‑making
  • Identify and implement improvements to engineering workflows, delivery methods, and operational processes
  • Collaborate closely with firm leadership to align regional execution with company‑wide objectives
  • Lead with a hands‑on, solutions‑oriented mindset, sharing expertise and helping team members grow and succeed
