BAART Programs is seeking a Substance Use Counselor to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients with opioid use disorder in our medication-assisted treatment clinic. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver individual and group counseling focused on recovery, relapse prevention, and harm reduction. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with medical and nursing staff, support medication adherence, and maintain thorough clinical documentation.
