Substance Abuse Counselor

To provide essential support to clients, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Substance Use Counselor will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate group therapy sessions in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide ongoing support to clients throughout their recovery journey Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and effective treatment outcomes Required qualifications Current North Carolina Licensed Substance Use Counselor certification Experience in substance use counseling and treatment methodologies Strong understanding of addiction and recovery processes Ability to work independently in a remote environment Commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality
