Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required, College degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of auto or property subrogation claims adjusting experience.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Work with a sense of urgency.
- Strong analytical and negotiation techniques.
- Knowledge of common law, contract and negligence laws.
- Experience with the Guidewire platform is a plus.
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
- Proven Subrogation recovery skills and ability to organize workload effectively
