Handling a desk of subrogation claims, the full-time Recovery Representative II will identify, investigate, and negotiate recoveries for amounts owed to the company while working remotely. Key responsibilities Reviews first-party claims to evaluate subrogation potential and coordinates investigations Pursues recovery from responsible parties and manages legal disputes with subrogation attorneys as necessary Handles deductible collections by verifying amounts owed, initiating demands, and tracking recovery efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree 1 to 2 years of related work experience Basic math skills and computer literacy Knowledge of claim investigation practices and legal principles related to subrogation Experience in liability and/or subrogation claim handling is preferred
