To support a growing team, the full-time Subrogation Collections Specialist will manage the collection of outstanding balances, coordinate the resolution of disputed invoices, and negotiate settlements with various parties in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Communicate with businesses through phone and written correspondence to facilitate collections Negotiate claims' resolutions with insurance carriers, attorneys, and responsible parties Prepare investigative correspondence and establish agreements for lien releases and monthly payment contracts Required qualifications: 1 year of third-party collections and/or subrogation experience required Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong computer skills Ability to exercise independent judgment and negotiate settlements effectively Customer service experience is required Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
