Submarine Systems Engineer — Columbia Program

Serco Inc. is seeking a Submarine Development Professional to join the Keel to Career program, supporting the Navy’s Columbia-class program.

You will rotate through submarine engineering domains, interact with a broad vendor network, and gain exposure to shipbuilding processes, QA, and risk management while developing professionally under mentorship. The role requires the ability to obtain a Secret clearance, at least one year of engineering/tech study, and strong communication skills.
