Key responsibilities Collaborate with the program director and learning experience designer to develop and revise curricula for sustainable aquaculture courses Incorporate applied projects into course materials that enhance student learning and engagement Utilize generative AI tools to improve course content and delivery for online learners Required qualifications Advanced degree (Master's minimum) in Aquaculture, Fisheries Science, Aquatic Sciences, or a closely related field Expertise in finfish and shellfish culture, hatchery operations, and aquaculture system design Experience with online teaching and distance learning environments Ability to write clear and effective student-facing instructions Commitment to the environmental mission of the university
