The position’s primary objectives are to lead and manage the team’s performance to ensure KBS and its customers are protected from supply chain risk by administering and managing all aspects of the subcontractor lifecycle. This includes the coordination of working with subcontractor sourcing teams, initiating the onboarding and qualification process of new subcontractors, monitoring subcontract compliance maintenance, investigating and resolving a variety of subcontract related disputes, facilitating and coordinating subcontract terminations and acting as a liaison with cross-functional teams.
