Job Summary

Conduct thorough fitness assessments to understand client needs, goals, and health history

Demonstrate and instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness

Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records to track achievements and milestones

Qualifications

Proven experience in fitness studio management or a similar role is preferred

Strong leadership and team management skills

Sales and marketing experience is a plus

Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

Mondays & Thursdays: 7 am - 6 pm

Tuesday & Fridays: 7 am - 1 pm

Rotational Saturdays: 7 am - 12 pm

Expected hours: 30-40 per week
